Celebrating the Sacrament of Baptism at Queen of Angels

Parents requesting the Sacrament of Baptism for their child at Queen of Angels are expected to:

• Be registered and active (submitting church envelopes) parishioners of Queen of Angels for at least three months.
• Attend Sunday Mass on a regular basis.
• Live exemplary Christian lives as a model for the child to be baptized.
• Attend the Baptism Preparation Program prior to the actual Baptism ceremony. Please call 619-445-2145 ext. 205 for the schedule of classes.
• Donations to the Church at the time of Baptism are highly appreciated.

Parents who are married outside the Catholic Church are required to meet with Fr. Chris Kintanar before the Baptism will be scheduled.
